NTT DATA is inviting applications for its Young Talent Graduate Programme 2027 in Johannesburg. The programme is built for recent graduates who want practical workplace experience, industry-recognised certifications and a start in the technology and business services industry.
Graduates will work alongside experienced professionals and subject matter experts, contribute to real business projects, and receive structured learning and mentorship throughout the programme.
Who Can Apply
You may qualify if you:
- Have completed, or will complete by December 2026, a three-year Diploma or Degree in Information Technology, Commerce, Engineering or a related field
- Are a recent graduate aged 26 or younger
- Are willing to relocate to Johannesburg at your own cost if you are based elsewhere

As an Associate Graduate, you may be responsible for:
- Gaining practical experience in a professional environment
- Contributing to real business projects and initiatives
- Working with experienced professionals and subject matter experts
