The EHL Group is calling on ambitious final-year engineering students and recent graduates to apply for its Young Professionals Development Programme 2026, a structured graduate opportunity spanning EHL Engineering Services, EHL Consulting Engineers, P2K, and Minco.
This is real experience on real projects with real impact. Successful candidates will be exposed to the full engineering project lifecycle, gaining practical skills that directly support the journey toward ECSA registration. Rather than a narrow rotation through a single department, participants move across design offices, construction sites, and commissioning teams, building a rounded understanding of how engineering projects actually come together from concept to energisation.
Disciplines Sought
- Electrical Engineering
- Mechanical Engineering
- Civil & Structural Engineering
- Control & Instrumentation Engineering
What You’ll Gain Experience In
The programme covers consulting engineering design, EPC project delivery, tendering and procurement, project controls, construction and site execution, testing, commissioning and energisation, and quality, health and safety (QHSE). This breadth means graduates leave the programme with exposure not just to technical design work, but to the commercial and operational realities of delivering engineering projects on time and to standard.
Programme Highlights
Participants can expect hands-on experience across design offices, construction sites, testing, and commissioning environments, paired with mentorship from experienced professionals who have worked across the full project lifecycle. The structured nature of the programme is built specifically to develop the practical skills and site hours needed to work toward ECSA registration, giving graduates a genuine head start on professional accreditation rather than just a line on a CV.
