Telkom Group is inviting applications for its Elevate Graduate Internship Programme 2027. Elevate is a 2-year internship that gives graduates real workplace experience, a structured personal and professional development programme, and a strong first step into a career in their chosen field.
Fields of study
Applications are open to graduates in the following fields:
- Digital Transformation and Technology
- Gaming and Creative Media
- Sales, Marketing and Customer Insights
- Finance and Business
- Engineering and Technical Fields
- Legal, Compliance and Governance
- Science and Research
- Social Sciences and Humanities
Location
Most opportunities are based at the Head Office in Centurion, with some placements in other provinces. Placements depend on business need at the time. No relocation costs will be paid, so you must indicate the locations where you are able to work when you apply.
Minimum requirements
To apply, you must:
- Have completed a minimum of an NQF Level 7 Degree or Advanced Diploma at a SAQA-recognised tertiary institution in South Africa. Candidates completing their studies in 2026 may apply, provided they complete by the end of 2026.
- Be a South African citizen between the ages of 20 and 28.
- Be available to start from 1 February 2027 in the allocated location.
- Not be permanently employed, and have no work-back obligation with another company or funder.
A valid driver’s licence is an added advantage.

- Proof of qualification (certificate, or latest official transcript if you complete by December 2026)
- Certified copy of doctor’s note, if you declare a disability
