About the Role
This internship blends internal sales support with field-based technical work, giving graduates a well-rounded introduction to how technology companies bring solutions to market. Interns will work closely with the Product Presales team, moving through the full presales cycle from product training to customer-facing technical support, while building an understanding of how technical expertise translates into business results.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with pre-sales technical support, helping the sales team understand and communicate product capabilities to clients
- Participate in structured training sessions to build product knowledge and technical competence
- Provide on-site technical support to customers, including field visits to strengthen customer engagement
- Collect and analyse market and customer feedback on products to support ongoing improvement and sales strategy
Minimum Requirements
- Diploma in Electrical Engineering
- Valid driver’s license
- Authorised to work in South Africa
