Eskom is inviting applications for its Learning Programme for Learner Plant Operators at Camden Power Station in the Operating Business Unit, Generation Division. This is an apprenticeship-style learnership offering institutionalised and on-the-job training, giving successful candidates a structured pathway into plant operations within one of South Africa’s largest power utilities.
Minimum Requirements
Applicants must meet one of the following academic criteria:
- Grade 12 with Maths 50%, Physical Science 50%, and English 40%; or
- N3 with Maths 50%, Science 50%, and English 40%; or
- NCV Level 4 with Maths 50%, Science 50%, and English 40%; or
- National N4/N5 Certificate with Trade Subjects; or
- National N6 Certificate with Trade Subjects
Applicants must also be South African citizens. Successful candidates will go through a recruitment process and, if placed, will be assigned across Eskom’s Operations divisions.
