ETA Operations (Pty) Ltd, a well-established engineering optimisation company with over 160 engineers and more than 40 years of industry experience, is inviting 2026 engineering graduates to join its Energy & Production Optimisation teams. The company specialises in energy, production, resource, and environmental optimisation, supporting clients across the mining and petrochemical sectors from offices in Pretoria East, Potchefstroom, Rustenburg, Welkom, and Randfontein.
The Opportunity
ETA Operations is looking for final-year and graduating engineering students to join its team for the 2026 intake. Successful candidates will work on real-world projects involving system optimisation, engineering simulations, best practice implementation, and innovation across the mining and petrochemical industries.
