The programme provides trainees with an opportunity to gain practical experience while developing technical and professional skills relevant to their field of study. Successful candidates will participate in a structured learning programme and receive workplace exposure that can help prepare them for future employment.
Fields of Study
Ford is seeking students who have successfully completed their S1–S5 modules in one of the following disciplines:
- Industrial Engineering
- Electrical Engineering
- Mechanical Engineering
Applicants must provide a full academic record showing completion of all required S1–S5 modules in their relevant discipline.

Responsibilities
Selected trainees will be expected to:
- Follow and complete an approved training programme as required by their university logbook

- Develop the required competencies and workplace skills during the programme
- Participate in rotating shifts where required to meet training requirements
- Work under supervision while gaining practical experience in their chosen engineering discipline
