Eskom is inviting applications from South African citizens who hold a completed BEng or BSc Eng in Chemical Engineering to join its Engineer in Training programme at Arnot Power Station in Rietkuil, Mpumalanga.
This is a structured Learning Programme position offering institutionalised, on-the-job training within Eskom’s Engineering department. Successful candidates will go through a recruitment process and, if selected, be placed within Eskom’s Operations divisions to build practical experience alongside their qualification.

What to expect
If placed on the programme, candidates will receive structured training designed to bridge the gap between academic qualification and practical engineering experience within one of South Africa’s largest power utilities. Placement will be across Eskom’s Operations divisions, giving trainees exposure to real plant environments and hands-on engineering work.
