About the Role
As an Engineering Intern, you will support both internal and external stakeholders, working closely with experienced engineers and sales professionals. You will take on real responsibility, own your own projects, and make a tangible difference from the start.
What You Will Do
- Respond to inquiries received through the engineering support platform
- Identify leads by proactively tracking projects on project platforms
- Load project leads onto the internal CRM system
- Generate quotes and reports using Profis Engineering software
- Provide customer support for software-related queries
- Support the engineering team with anchor designs, fire protection and post-installed rebar queries
- Maintain project data quality
- Handle construction project reporting and tracking
What You Will Bring
- A Bachelor’s degree in civil/structural engineering or construction management
- At least one year of postgraduate experience in the construction industry, gained in a design office or on construction projects
- A solid understanding of the construction industry, including design and construction processes and the technical disciplines relevant to Hilti applications and products
- The ability to analyse construction trends and give guidance to the engineering and sales teams
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Word and PowerPoint
- A high-performing, driven mindset with self-discipline, strong teamwork and sound ethical values
