What You’ll Be Doing
Graduates on this program won’t be sitting on the sidelines. You’ll work directly alongside senior engineers on process, structural, and infrastructure design for major industrial plant projects, gaining exposure across the full engineering, procurement, and construction (EPC) lifecycle. You’ll be embedded in cross-functional project teams, applying your technical and analytical skills to build safe, sustainable, and efficient engineering solutions — while contributing ideas to the company’s continuous improvement initiatives.

- South African citizens
- Candidates who have completed, or are in their final year of completing, a BSc or BEng in Chemical Engineering or Civil & Structural Engineering
- Graduates with 0 to 1 year of professional experience — no prior work experience is required
