This is a proudly YES-accredited initiative designed to bridge the gap between qualification and employment, giving young professionals real, hands-on exposure across a wide range of technical, financial, and operational disciplines within a respected organisation.
Who Should Apply
Alfeco is looking for unemployed youth between the ages of 18 and 35 who have completed their qualifications but haven’t yet been given the opportunity to work. If you fall within this age group and are eager to gain workplace experience, this programme was built for you.

Requirements
- Must be unemployed
- Must have Matric
- Must hold a Diploma or Degree in the relevant field of study
- Must not have previously been part of the YES Programme
