Eskom is offering four Engineer in Training positions in the Mechanical discipline at Arnot Power Station, Rietkuil, Mpumalanga. This is a structured learning programme designed to give newly qualified mechanical engineers institutionalised and on-the-job training within one of South Africa’s largest power utilities.

About the Programme
Successful candidates will go through a formal recruitment process and, if selected, be placed within Eskom Operations across various divisions. The programme is built to develop young mechanical engineers through hands-on exposure to real power station operations, combined with structured training that builds toward full professional competency.

- Fully completed Engineering Degree, B Eng/BSc Eng (Mechanical)
