Cubix is offering a wave of paid, 12-month internships designed to give graduates and diploma holders genuine hands-on experience across a wide range of business functions. Based mainly in Durban, with one role in Umhlanga, these internships are open to South African citizens between the ages of 18 and 35, who hold a matric certificate, a clear criminal and ITC record, and are not currently employed or enrolled in another internship or learnership.
Payroll Intern — Supports monthly payroll processing, employee records, leave and ESS administration, and benefits queries. Suited to HR, Accounting, Finance, Payroll Administration, or Business Administration graduates.

Analytics & Reporting Intern — Builds Power BI dashboards and supports data validation across sales, customer operations, and contact centre reporting. Ideal for Business Analytics, Data Science, Statistics, or Computer Science graduates with basic SQL and Excel skills.

Facilities Intern — Assists the Facilities and Health & Safety team with maintenance, access control, and workstation support. Suited to Facilities, Property, Construction, Engineering, or Maintenance graduates; an OHS qualification is beneficial.

Intern Dialler Administrator (Umhlanga) — Manages dialler campaigns, recycle and dial rules, and lead loading to optimise contact rates. Suited to IT Software/Application Development or Database Administration graduates aged 18–25.
