The Opportunity
We are seeking motivated, academically strong graduates to join our HR Graduate Training Programme for 2026. Based in Pretoria, successful candidates will be integrated into our Human Resources Department, where you’ll work alongside experienced professionals and receive mentorship from dedicated HR specialists. Key Responsibilities
Throughout your internship, you will:
- Provide comprehensive administrative support across all HR functions, maintaining accurate and confidential employee records
- Assist with end-to-end recruitment processes, from job postings to candidate selection and onboarding
- Support HR compliance efforts, ensuring adherence to labour legislation and internal governance requirements
- Coordinate training and development initiatives, including logistics, administration, and tracking
- Contribute to payroll processing, leave management, and employee benefits administration
- Compile and maintain HR reports, metrics, and data analytics to inform strategic decision-making
Who We’re Looking For
Educational Requirements:
- National Diploma (NQF Level 6) or Degree (NQF Level 7) in Human Resource Management, Industrial Psychology, Labour Relations, or a related field
Essential Attributes:
- South African citizenship with a valid ID document
- Genuine passion for public service and interest in the financial services sector
- Strong academic track record demonstrating commitment to excellence
- Uncompromising integrity and professional ethics
- Resilience and ability to perform under pressure
- Willingness to learn continuously and work flexible hours when required
