About the Programme
This 12–24 month graduate programme immerses you in real manufacturing operations based in Rosslyn, Pretoria. You’ll work alongside experienced professionals on projects that genuinely improve production performance, while developing the technical, commercial, and leadership skills needed for long-term career growth in manufacturing.

Key Responsibilities
As a Production Graduate, you will:
- Support daily production operations to ensure safe, efficient, and reliable manufacturing
- Monitor production performance and key manufacturing KPIs
- Analyse production data and identify opportunities for improvement
- Participate in problem-solving and root cause analysis activities
- Support Lean Manufacturing and Continuous Improvement initiatives
- Work closely with Production, Engineering, Maintenance, Quality, and Supply Chain teams
- Assist with production trials, process improvements, and documentation
- Present project updates and improvement recommendations to leadership
Minimum Requirements
- Completed Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical, Industrial, Chemical, Electrical, or Manufacturing Engineering, Operations Management, or an equivalent field
- Recent graduate with a strong academic record
- South African citizen or legal authorisation to work in South Africa

Working Environment
This full-time graduate programme is based within a manufacturing environment in Rosslyn, Pretoria. Shift work may be required depending on operational needs, and all safety procedures and PPE requirements must be strictly followed.
Remuneration
R15,000 – R18,000 per month
