Eskom is inviting graduates to apply for its Graduate in Training (GIT) Programme at Hendrina Power Station in Mpumalanga. This is a structured internship offering institutionalised and on-the-job training for graduates looking to build a career in the energy sector.
The programme is open to candidates who have completed a BCom or BA degree in any of the following fields: Finance, Human Resources, Natural Science, Environmental Management, Supply Chain, Logistics, or Procurement. No prior experience is required, making this an ideal opportunity for recent graduates ready to enter the workplace.
Successful candidates will be placed within Eskom’s Finance, Human Resources, Procurement, or Environmental departments at Hendrina Power Station, where they will receive hands-on training designed to develop practical, industry-relevant skills within Eskom’s operations.

Minimum Requirements
